SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Dispatch times

We want to make sure everyone gets their orders as quickly as possible, so we dispatch all orders placed before 3.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) the very same day.  Any orders that are placed after this will be dispatched on the following working day*

Orders less than £30 in value incur a shipping charge of £2.95

 

*Working day – in all cases, this refers to Monday to Friday, apart from national Bank Holidays in the UK.

 

Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed.  We will dispatch on time, but any postal delays that may occur are out of our control.

 

Our items are sent by Royal Mail economy and dispatched within 1-2 working days of the order being received. If you require your order quickly we do offer alternative shipping which can be added to your order in the shopping cart.

 

Please note that items sent by Royal Mail are not tracked and are only insured up to the value of £42.00. Royal Mail will not count an item as 'lost' until 15 working days (3 weeks) have passed since the item was sent. If the parcel is not received after this time, a claim can be submitted to Royal Mail and we will resend the parcel to you on receipt of a letter confirming that it has not been received.

All items will be packaged securely.

 

International Shipping

Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees that are collected from your country before you place the order, Your Health Solutions will not be responsible for any of the above Duties and Fees. Please check whether your products are legally permitted in your country before you place an order, Your Health Solutions will not be responsible in the event the requested products are detained or confiscated by foreign customs.

Packing

Since we are a brand that focuses on organic, natural and cutting-edge products for the health and wellbeing of the human body, we also do our part in caring for the environment. When it comes to packaging, we always do our upmost best to recycle whatever we can, including waste cardboard and loose-fill from our suppliers.

We now only ever purchase brown paper for filling your boxes and that can be used for composting or placed in your recycling bin without having any adverse effect on the environment. 

All our packaging solutions are designed to keep your chosen products as safe as possible during the delivery process. We care about the condition in which your order arrives to you, which is why we strive to provide the best possible packaging we can.

Return & Exchange Policy

We very much hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided if it is in fully resalable, please see points below:

The Item has not had the seal removed and is not damaged in any way and must be in a fully resalable condition. (unopened seals in tact)

 

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATION Right of withdrawal - You have the right to withdraw from the sale contract within 7 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal/cancellation period will expire: after 7 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the products. To exercise the right of withdrawal/cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (by post, email or phone call). Effects of cancellation - If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery when the item was sent to you. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. YOU MUST let us know before you send anything as we might be able to arrange this for you. It is at your discretion how you decide to send your return back to us. We would recommend using a 'tracked,' 'registered' or 'signed for' service. Your Health Solutions will not be responsible for any missing returns.

We are unable to refund or exchange: We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any nutritional products if they have been opened unless they are faulty in some way. Any product fault must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order. *Please see the note above on the Distance Selling Regulations. How long will it take to receive a refund from returned products? Refunds will usually reach your account within 7 working days. Timing will, however, depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company processes the credit.
