It’s that time of year, not enough hours in the day and so much left to do before the big day
Are you feeling overwhelmed? I find that I run low on B vitamins, which brings up anxiety through my day.
I use a couple of things I find helpful to ease this, first I give myself permission to stop, just for 1 minute, yes that’s what I’m saying 1 minute!
Whatever you are doing, if possible, sit down but it doesn’t matter as you will still feel the benefit even if you are standing in a queue. All you need to do is take a deep breath, release and sigh out ( If you’re on your own, then do so out of the mouth with sound yep whatever comes up and out!) Just this alone will improve how you feel. Now take 7 slow deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth. I can guarantee you will feel better and if you can do this every hour maybe on the hour, set an alert on your phone or computer and then when it goes just stop whatever you are doing, if you can close your eyes and follow the steps above, it’s that simple, try it and let me know how it makes you feel.
I also keep a B-calm spray on my desk while I’m working, reminds me to pump a couple of sprays sprays through the day, just to top my levels up.
